What is Gradventure?
Universal's Gradventure is the ultimate middle school celebration for graduating students, with cutting-edge rides and attractions, DJs and more – it's a 2-park party that only Universal can throw! Plus, chaperones are in on the fun with FREE, EXCLUSIVE Universal Express access – so you can skip the regular lines at most rides and attractions; the popular chaperone-only lounge; and more.
Who is eligible to attend Universal Orlando's Middle School Gradventure?
Graduating middle school students and their chaperones may attend this event. All participants must be either chaperones or students attending public, private, or home school.
What dates is Gradventure held?
2025 Dates: May 2nd, 9th, 16th and 17th, 7PM - 12AM
What time is Gradventure?
Gradventure takes place from 7pm to midnight, with the option of early entry into Universal Studios Florida at 4pm.
What kind of security will be present?
All bags, pockets and other items are checked for any illegal substances and weapons. For everyone's security, metal detectors are used to check guests at the event entrance. All questionable items will be confiscated at the gate. Security is visibly present throughout the park during the event.
Is there a Dress Code for the event?
Students should wear comfortable clothing that lets them have fun while still looking their best. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that students wear matching, brightly-colored shirts with their school clearly identified on them. Download Dress Code
Where do we arrive and depart from the event?
Prior to the event, you will be sent an information packet including everything there is to know about your Gradventure experience, including specific arrival and departure locations.
Do our chaperones receive complimentary admission to Universal Orlando's Middle School Gradventure?
One complimentary chaperone ticket, including dinner, is provided to you for every 10
student tickets purchased. Additional chaperone tickets can be purchased at the student ticket price.
Are there any special responsibilities for our chaperones during Universal Orlando's Middle School Gradventure?
Yes, you must have a head chaperone on duty throughout the entire event. Your head chaperone is required to check in immediately upon arrival and provide two cell phone numbers for use in case of a student issue. We ask that the head chaperone check their cell phone frequently and put the phone on both vibrate and audible ring. We will not use your cell phone number after Gradventure.
All chaperones must stay in the park until Gradventure is over, except in case of an emergency. Chaperones must be at least 21 years of age. Chaperones are required to make sure that students follow the no-smoking, no-alcohol and no-drugs policy throughout the entire evening. This is considered a school event, so all school rules and regulations should be enforced by all chaperones.
What is there to do for chaperones?
In addition to the free admission including dinner, chaperones can skip the regular lines at most rides and attractions with complimentary Universal Express ride access! Plus, chaperones enjoy special VIP extras including snacks and drinks all night long at the chaperone-only lounge.
How does the Meal Voucher work?
One meal voucher per person is INCLUDED with admission to Gradventure. The meal voucher can be used at one of the locations noted on the event guide.
Can we purchase Refillable Souvenier Cups in advance?
Refillable Souvenier Cups can be purchased in advance for an additional cost and will be ready for you to pick-up upon arrival at Chaperone Check-In.
